How can I enable Cell Drag and Drop option in Excel 2010 OR Excel 2010 drag and drop option is not working OR plus symbol doesn't appear - here is the solution

1. In Excel 2010, click on the File menu option at the top left corner.
2. click on Options menu second last in the list.
3. New window will get open, Click on Advanced button on the left side of the window.
4. check the Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop option as shown in below image.
